 Ongoing Plan Service - For a fixed annual fee of $650, regular retirement plan clients can opt for this exclusive service, which includes provision of retirement plan advice by telephone, email, fax, or letter, amendments to your Plan documents, loan documentation, distribution forms and other support necessary to properly operate your Plans throughout the course of the year.

Schiller Law Associates offers our legal services on a fee-for-service basis that is fair and equitable for all parties.  Services are billed on an hourly or fixed fee basis.  Out-of-pocket costs associated with specific client work are charged directly as pass-through expenses.  To ensure our clients complete objectivity, there is no direct or indirect financial interest in the sale of any products or outside services.  Schiller Law Associates believes in keeping our clients fully and continuously aware of the work and fee status.  Therefore, itemized bills are prepared monthly for the services and costs involved.
